"The attitude of a leader inevitably becomes the attitude of those he leads."

This quote is short, yet so full; everyone can relate which I like. We all have attitude, whether it be good or bad. And that attitude affects the people we come in contact with everyday. We all have the potential of leadership; we can either abuse it or use it to its fullest advantage. Most of us, like being in charge. If you are like me, you have a perfect solution to every problem and every task has a perfect way to go about completing it...your way. When I am given a leadership position, I find myself solely focusing on getting the job done, making sure everyone is doing their part, and make sure they all still like me by the end.

When was the last time I solely focused on my attitude?

After all, whatever my attitude is, it is bound to be the same attitude of my group members. When I think to myself, "Man, why are they so cranky?" am I usually happy go lucky? Eh, probably not. If I focus on having a positive outlook, chances are, it will rub off on others and together we can create a more positive atmosphere and probably get more accomplished and definitely enjoy ourselves better.

So my conclusion: BE HAPPY!
