Maxim Monday

"If you do what you love, you'll never have to work a day in your life."

I LOVE this quote. My advisor told us this, when he first met with all of the Exercise Science majors at the beginning of the year. In other words, if you can't see doing what your major offers for the rest of your life...change it!

For us students, our job right now is mainly going to class. Now, I know we don't wake up every morning for an 8 am class jumping for joy. But, do we sit in our classes eager to learn hoping we become the best in our field? We should!

When we have a job...when we start our careers, do we look forward to making a difference in others lives? Encouraging others throughout the day? Setting a Christlike example and striving to be a witness for Him? Or are we selfish? Full of complaints? Grumpy when things don't go our way? This is something to consider.

So my question for you, dear reader, are you doing what you love? If not, change that! We all know that in college you change your major atleast 4 times before you settle. There is always time for change and improvement.

Today is the day you can make that change.
